She-Jitsu Private Lessons
No experience or athletic ability is needed to start.
She-Jitsu founder and CEO, Jennifer Gray started her company not just as a way to provide jiu-jitsu apparel and self-defense instruction, but also to have a vehicle to share her vision for empowerment for women.
She-Jitsu is accomplishing that that goal by offering self-defense seminars and multi-day camps that give women practical, jiu-jitsu based skills to physically resist attacks and psychological insights into the strategies of attackers in order to help them avoid risk.
Jennifer is Brazilian Jiu-JItsu Brown Belt under Ty Gay at the Redline Jiu-Jitsu Academy in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Jennifer started her jiu-jitsu journey in 2009. Sparked by the influence of Girls in Gis, grew her greatest passion; to want to be an instructor of the art to bring more women to the mat.
As a blue belt, Jennifer started her journey as a jiu-jitsu instructor and started studying at the Gracie Academy in Torrance, CA.
In 2012, she completed the Gracie Jiu-jitsu Instructors Program as the only female in her graduating class of 82.
That following year, in 2013, she was also one of the first women to complete the Gracie Women Empowered Instructors Program.
Today, she teaches classes, private lessons for women & girls, Self Defense Camps and seminars for women at the Redline Jiu-jitsu Academy, College Campus, Workplace, and Private Parties for bachelorettes or ladies night!
