Learn about sexual predators and they phases they follow to carry out a sexual assault, and you will never be caught off guard if it happens to you!
Although no self-defense course is ever a full guarantee of safety, this course is designed to help women learn how to neutralize knock out punches, remain calm and manage a safe distance during an attack, set healthy boundaries that could lower the risk of sexual assault, and create a personal safety plan for the most common attacks used against women.
Full of practical advice backed up by psychological studies of predatory behavior, this course is suitable for any girl over 13, but students younger than 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
One of the most terrifying positions a woman can find herself during an attack is on the ground. Practicing these fearful positions in a safe environment, transforms that fear into power.
Once you become comfortable being in these uncomfortable positions, there are no uncomfortable positions.
Experiencing the phases sexual predators go through to carry out a sexual assault could save your life.
This course will show you how it’s possible to break free from an attacker who grabs you unexpectedly, avoid being taken to the ground, and how to get out from underneath an attacker if you do find yourself there.
THIS COURSE IS FOCUSED ON HOW TO:
Stay safe against an attacker that is much bigger & stronger.
Neutralize knock out punches.
How to remain calm & manage a safe distance during an attack.
Set healthy boundaries that could lower our risk of sexual assault.
Create a personal safety plan for the most common attacks used against women.
